Similar to a woman's fertility; pregnancy & childbirth are normal, natural and healthy processes.  A healthy pregnancy and natural birth is safest for both mom and baby and provides for a woman's utmost awareness of an unforgettable and rewarding experience.  The process of preparation and the ability to have a natural birth also allows for the development of strong family bonds.

Most women with proper education, preparation, and the help of a loving and supportive coach can be taught to give birth naturally. 

The goal of In Touch Natural Childbirth Classes teaches the Bradley® Method of Husband-Coached Childbirth to increase self-awareness and teach a woman how to deal with the stress of labor by tuning into her own body using natural breathing, relaxation, nutrition, exercise, and education.  Husbands play an important role as the coach and are taught the skills needed to help their wives have a natural birthing experience.

In Touch Childbirth Education includes the most up to date information and research to help enhance the health of your pregnancy and help to achieve your goal of having a natural childbirth.  

Classes include:

• Instruction on massage and other relaxation techniques

• Information on nutrition, exercise, labor & birth

• Information about non-pharmacological pain management strategies for labor and birth

We want to empower couples with information and techniques so they can make informed decisions about pregnancy and childbirth and beyond.   We want to bring the joy that we have discovered through natural childbirth to you and your family.

In Touch Natural Childbirth Classes  

In Touch Natural Childbirth Education condenses the traditional 12-week structure of Bradley® Method classes to an 8-week course structure.  All of the information and training is still contained in the 8-week course.  We have found this helps couples get the needed training and practice necessary without putting a burden on their busy lives.

Class Series Schedule

Class is scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Classes held at my home in Allen - located off of Main St., East of 75

Classes are kept small (4 couples) to provide individualized attention.  

Cost is $200.00 including materials.  Payment plans are available. 

Please bring 2 pillows to class.
