The goal of this week’s Challenge has been to help you incorporate exercise into your life.  Exercise shouldn’t be something you dread, but should be something that just becomes part of your daily routine.

The question shouldn’t be whether today you are going to exercise, but more what kind of exercise are you going to do today?

If you are anything like me and do not really enjoy exercising, then today’s Challenge is for you.  Even if you do enjoy exercising, finding someone to keep you accountable is helpful to staying motivated with your fitness routine.

There are many benefits to having an accountability partner when it comes to exercise.

How have you been doing this week with the Exercise Challenge tasks?  I know for me it has been a challenge to get back into an exercise routine.  I have been so lax about exercising for months and can definitely see the difference in both my overall and fertility health.
